Frequently asked questions

PraisePenguin can be easily integrated with Slack by creating an account and clicking the "Add to Slack" button. You will be designated as the admin for the tool, and you will be able to invite your colleagues to use it as well.

PraisePenguin encourages a positive and fun approach to recognition by using the term "kudos" for positive feedback, which is shared publicly. For constructive feedback, we will develop a structured format in place to ensure that it is given in a constructive manner and shared privately between the sender and recipient.

No, we believe in transparency when it comes to providing feedback in the workplace.

Team members will be able to give feedback to anyone in the company. However, feedback will only visible to the sender and recipient, while kudos are already visible to everyone.

PraisePenguin it is free, but it includes only the kudos. We will offer in the future different pricing plans for private feedbacks based on the number of users.

Currently, we do not offer any customization options for PraisePenguin. We believe in a minimalist approach to our products. However, we may add some options/features in the future. We also plan to add personalized "kudos" for companies soon and welcome any suggestions for improvements.

We plan to add an analytics tool to our admin workspace in the future. At the moment, this feature is not available.

Currently, we do not offer a mobile app for PraisePenguin. We prefer to interact with users directly through our bot in Slack. Slack does have a mobile version, and for administrative tasks, we assume that most users are on desktops. Therefore, we do not have plans to develop a mobile app at this time.
